My favorite tool is my cricut! There is NOTHING I can't do without it.. I can make titles ranging from 1/2" to 5" along with the letters I can make all sorts of embellishments depending on the cartridge I use. Paper Piecing is something that is made a snap with this tool.. for more info on this great new tool check out cricut.com 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Wow, it's great to see someone that loves the Cricut so much... but, I have one and a friend of mine has one and we have the hardest time trying to get the pressure just right so we don't either tear up the paper, or not cut all the way through it. Do you have any suggestions, we've read the book and just feel really dumb. I want to love mine also, and I have so many cartridges I can't wait to use. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I've had my Cricut for about a month now and have encountered the same problem with getting the pressures right. It has really been just trial and error. I have the most problem with cardstock weight papers. I've found a pressure of 4 works pretty well. For some of the light weight patterned papers I use a pressure of 2-3. Good luck!
