Type Text in a Path

Do you have Photoshop (PS) or Photoshop Elements (PSE7)? My understanding is that you cannot create in PSE7, but you can use those created in PS. An excellent resource for PSE7 is www.elementsvillage.com. Whenever I can't figure it out, I check there.
