Cool Technique: Filling Text with an Image
Aug 8 2008, 12:15 PM EDT
I think this is a cool technique to incorporate in your scrapbook layouts. Since I do mainly hybrid scrapbooking, I usually print my letters out and attach them with adhesives, but clearly either way works. Essentially, you use a thick "blocky" font that gives lots of space, and fill that font with a picture. You can create letters this way to spell out your title or to create other journaling. I use Adobe Photoshop Cs, but Adobe Elements would also work. I expect you can do this technique in most scrapbook software or image editing software, but I am only family with the Adobe products.

I have complete instructions, plus pictures, as my blog if anyone is interested.
