Are you asking me how to host a crop?

If so you must first find a location then you will need to find people to attend. I pay for a space online called www.meetup.com its a community web site that you purchase for every 6 mos. not expensive and you can ask each person to contribute to help offset cost.

Once you have people who can come you can meet at a library or a church social hall for minimum (sometimes free) I rent the church social hall as we have so many Creative Memories consultants here that they wore out their welcome since they get so many customers they don't get cheap rent now days because several churches felt like it wasn't economical for them (made no since to me why a church would feel that way) but if you figure how much the CM ladies charge to just crop and if they get a large crowd and pay cheap rent they're making profit.

Mine were non profit. You can play a game or two like bingo you can do a swap like page layout for fun, bingo is fun or you can do a elephant exchange..

Many things..but basically you just find a location and invite then arrange for others to bring a dish to share..go to the scrapbook stores and advertise or put add in paper etc. anywhere you can get free advertising..Go to some local parties and/or churcnes see if they have an interest with the ladies groups..

Have fun let me know if I can help you any further..FUN!

Good luck!
