Photo Squares3M Scotch Photo Splits Double Stick Mounting Squares-.45x.45 850/Box
I am a big fan of scotch brand photo squares. They are more flexible and cheaper than many of the other ones
made for scrapbooking, and as a result are usually found in the photography section (at least in walmart).
They also are in much larger packages which is great. The picture above is called something else, but other than the name is exactly the same.

3D Pop Dots Reviews from You: Adhesives - Scrapbooks

I love to use pop dots to add dimension to pages. There are tons of brands available, but you can usually get them at the dollar store too. They are foam with adhesive on either side, and can be stacked or any thing you want. To save money you can also cut apart the outside edges because they are the same thing, just not precut.

Double Sided Tape

A must have for every scrapper, double sided tape is a quick and dirty way to attach everything together. There are tons of brands available at a range of different costs and sizes. Some require peeling off a backing, but others such as Scotch brand are just off the roll.

Adhesive Runner

An adhesive runner is a simple devise used to apply adhesive.
They work just like those white out runners they sell in office supply stores. I think they are the simplist adhesives to use and they also are the least measiest .
My favorite all purpose adhesive is the 3M ATG 714. The tape is super sticky and the refills are very inexpensive compared to other refillable tape runners.

Glossy Accents
I LOVE using glossy accents as an adhesive. It can also be used to create an epoxy looking embellishment. I use this with small embellishments where regular adhesives are to large. I use the square like products from 3M but when you have small letters or thin flourishes those are to big. 1 drop is all it takes AND It adhere's in 5 SECONDS. This adhesive has replaced by glue sticks.
