I have done cold laminating using clear shelf liner and dried flowers. You couldn't heat laminate dried flowers; the heat would destroy them. Tools like the Xyron would crush them. So this is what I do. I cut card stock to the desired size and shape. Lay the dried flowers on the cardstock, and then carefully stretch a sheet of shelf liner over the cardstock. Using no-stick scissors, trim the shelf liner to fit the cardboard. Report on the other side if desired.
