1. Gather your supplies: found object (in this case a sewing spool), heat-set foam, heat tool, and scissors.









2. Heat the gray side of the foam just until it begins to
swell slightly (don’t overheat).









3. Immediately press your object into the warm foam,
maintaining pressure until it cools. Cut out the molded
image with scissors, and you are ready for stamping.
