What you’ll need: pencil, cardstock, paper piercer, foam or rubber pad, needle and thread

1.Lightly trace or draw your design with a pencil. If you’re not comfortable with your drawing skills, trace a clip-art image or font.







2.Place the cardstock on the foam mat and use the piercing tool to punch holes along the lines.










3.Stitch along your design, using a backstitch. When you’re finished, erase any stray pencil marks that still show.
