Formica Chip Art

You can make artistic embellishments using Formica chips as your base Formica is the product often used in counter tops. The chips or samples are freely available in many stores where home improvement products or do it yourself products are sold.

Formica chips have beautiful surfaces that when decorated make excellent additions to a scrapbook,altered book or other paper craft project. They can also stand alone as pieces of art in their own right, or they can be transformed into decorations for purses, clothing, jewelry, etc.

You can use typical scrapbooking products such as paint, paper, stamping inks or stickers to decorate your formica chips.
