I am an American living in Istanbul. Scrapbooking and card making is just making its way over here. A new magazine here called "Kağıt vs." has asked me to contribute a one page article on scrapbooking for each issue. I am having lots of fun doing this and it is pushing me to develop my own scrapbooking ability!
